Carrie handles the details of escrow transactions for us to assure that your sale or purchase goes smoothly and quickly. Those details include: ordering the PR, HOA items & CC&Rs, seller's disclosures, home inspection appointments, evaluation & Inspection deadlines, lender deadlines, etc. Whew! As you can see, there are a lot of steps that must be completed when selling or buying a property. Carrie is a fanatic when it comes to details to make sure that there are no surprises at closing.

Shonnie is responsible for promptly getting all of our listed properties displayed on both the Park City and Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Services. She prepares the property highlight sheets along with the numerous property websites that we create for every listed property. Shonnie coordinates all property showings of our listings and follows-up on each one, recording all feedback for Sally to review along with our sellers.
